Off Grid Travel at Cambo Estate

Very nice and private location, modern and well-equiped

I understand the concept is to be off-grid but at least some power outlets for phone charging would be good in the bedroom. We found a single plug socket in the house (under the dining table).

The location was great, the facilities exceeded expectations, the eco and sustainability living has made us revisit our own environmental footprint. The teepee was excellent fun evening enjoyed toasting marshmallows. What a great experience sharing the area with hares and roe deer would definitely recommend for couples or families. Don’t forgot there is a beach as well to explore.

The sofas were a little firm difficult to lay on comfortably, which you wanted to do to enjoy wildlife in surrounding area.

The whole experience was fantastic. The Bothy was cleverly designed and had everything we needed for a peaceful, quiet couple of days. Arranging the weather was also a bonus :)
