Ocean Front by Cocoa Beach Pier

Die Lage zum Strand ist außergewöhnlich. Es sind nur wenige Schritte erforderlich, um an den Strand zu kommen. Man hört die Wellen in der Unterkunft. Raketenstarts können vom Strand aus angesehen werden. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten - und noch mehr. Die Kinder haben sich über das Strandspielzeug und die Surfbretter sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The location was perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. There were bonus items available for use at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The short walk to the beach from the location was perfect for even my mother, who is disabled. Our entire family loved staying here.

There is not one thing we did not like about this location.

Older complex at a good location, unit looks better in pics than in person. Has had some renovations but still needs a bit more. After it rained there was water coming out of the wall above the bedroom window dripping onto the window sill and pooling on the floor - making a dripping sound all night. We let the owner know, who just responded - "thanks for the update"

The hosts took great care to ensure this property was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with all necessary items. It was centrally located with a nice swimming pool. It was clear to us. That care was put into this property to ensure a nice stay for the guest.

Nothing would stay here again.

Entering the unit it smelled very musty. I contact the rental person to see if we could stay another night and he wanted me to send cash or venmo 150 to him to stay. Needless to say we left and found a better location. I had only paid 110 for the night and he wanted 150 cash

The location was great until the roaches started. This place is eat up with HUGE roaches. We couldn’t sleep couldn’t eat or anything scared to death.

It was very spacious and had a full kitchen which is great with having kids. Two bathrooms is also a big bonus.

218, upstairs unit, could hear footsteps early mornings. Probably tourists.

Beautiful, clean, fully equipped unit just a stones throw from the beach and pier. Would highly recommend and will be booking again on our next visit. Host was great and kept us informed throughout the booking process.

The location was perfect, you step out of the terrace doors, go thru a private gate, and walk 30 m to be on a very nice, wide beach. Also liked that there were beach toys available for use, such a boogy boards to use in the surf. My teenage kids loved it.
