"Would return to the next visit"

The rooms were updated all new items in the room, bed was comfortable and usb ports were conveniently in the bed frame. 20 min to downtown Philly so very convenient and easy to get to freeways. This is a small place perfect for a family to rent out the whole building there are about 6 rooms on the side we stayed on just the perfect size for family to rent the whole thing out

The room and everything provided was great. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful. The only things we would suggest is adding some more sitting (chair or love seat), paper towels, napkins, and some cleaning supplies for the kitchen area. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Positives: a lot of communication (but maybe too much), bed very comfortable, cheap price, ample parking for giant suv. Host also gave me one night refund due to raised issues. However, They did try hard to make it right. Negatives: Crackheads in the neighborhood, randoms ringing our doorbell at night, and issues with bugs *NOT BEDBUGS*. This review is to help those know what they are getting into.

Very happy with my stay. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere and it's not particularly "nice," but it's only a 30 min drive from Philly. There are two parking spots available (first come first served) which were convenient for me. The room is clean and the bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. It's well stocked and there are cameras outside and in the hall and keycode locks to enter the property.
