"Sabbaticus is a lovely retreat in the bush."

Loved the bush setting, the layout of the house, the balconies, the access path, the birdsong, and the quality of the fittings and the bed linen

Water pressure in the upstairs shower was minimal. Also the water pump went for lengthy periods (perhaps it is waterlogged) and it was quite noisy for the upstairs bedroom.

"Exceptional Accommodation, in an amazing setting"

We absolutely loved this property, the only downside was we did not stay longer. It was a wonderful retreat set amongst the trees. The house is absolutely stunning, the images doesnt do it justice. If you in Waiheke this house is not to be missed.
