"Good value, great location, only minor issues"

We were guests of room number 3. At first sight it was somewhat fancy (jacuzzi on the balcony), well done and equipped with all the amenities. It is cosy and fitting for 3-4 people, occupying one and a half floors. There are nice little stairs to go to the double bed upstairs, but since there is no door or wall - it is one room essentially. The bathroom is also fancy, with a stone basin and a washing machine tucked inside, in the empty space under the stairs. Big fridge freezer, nice kitchen space.

The shower system needs servicing or preferably replacing. It is not easy to set the flow or temperature right. The shower head is amortized and lacking a rail to hang on to. Some sound insulation is also needed - as you might wake up to the sound of splashing water when the neighbours upstairs use their bathroom.
