Where it was was convenient.

It was difficult with other cars on the property and trying to navigate into the property in peak traffic. The way the cars had to be parked was bumper to bumper which meant if you wanted to leave the property to go out for dinner and someone else's car from another room was behind your car that could be awkward. No television in our room. Bathroom was not in our room it also did not a lock on the door in a public hallway. Cheap kmart furnishings and cheap synthetic towels. A mountain of rules, don't like endless text and being called dear. Door leading to lounge hidden by a curtain, I think people staying there should be told TV in lounge to be shared by all inmates. Last by by no means least there is NO fire safety rules, that is not right we had a dark room shrouded with a wall of curtains and to wake to a fire in a wooden building at night would have placed our lives in great danger. This building is unsafe with no evacuation protocols in place. How dare you rent this out as it is and booking.com supports this.

The location is convienent within the city, and yet quiet area at night. The kitchen was useful for us. We had a good nights stay. Great it you just need somewhere to sleep for the night in Hamilton.

the house is a lovely old house, some of the funiture could have had more style, but for the price it was excellent value. We had our own bathroom but we couldn't see how to lock it from the inside.

Location was great! Facilities were clean and loved the decor of the villa. The bed & pillows were comfy, it was a really cosy place to stay.

Nothing, we had everything we needed.
