Appartamento situato in posizione centrale ma tranquilla del piccolo paese di Playa San Juan. Pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, questo appartamento permette di far trascorrere piacevoli soggiorni sia a coppie che famiglie che a gruppetti di amici. Nei primi dintorni dell’appartamento si trovano bar, ristoranti e market per ogni esigenza. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili sono sempre presenti per le esigenze dell’affittuario. Anche se mancano i condizionatori nell’appartamento sono presenti due ventilatori utili a rendere meno caldo l’ambiente. Bellissima esperienza, soluzione da consigliare assolutamente.

San Juan is an unspoiled, low-tourist destination. This two-bedroom flat is at the high end of town, close to the Altessa supermarket. It is north facing, so shaded, which is important in the summer when the heat becomes too much. The flat is beautifully appointed, spacious, has two entrances including a private back door. There are locals' restaurants nearby (and tourist ones in easy reach) plus easy on-street parking. Most of all, the hostess, Eleanora, is superbly accommodating and kind. She genuinely cares for the well being of her residents. Highly recommended.

Eleanora was really helpful and answered any queries immediately. Apartment exceptionally clean. Great situation as near beach, shops and restaurants.

Terrace area not very inspiring. Seats uncomfortable and surrounded by unpainted concrete walls. With a little work could be a pretty area.

Very nice apartament for family, great location and very nice contact with host. Clean and cosy.
