The owners picked us up at the station on their car, it is the first time that it happened to us on booking! They showed us the apartment and explained everything. We found water, beer and even a bottle of proseco in the fridge they left for us. The flat is not in the center of Como, however, it is rather easy to go to the center either by bus or by train. The flat is well equiped, there is everything you might need for a stay, either short or long. The a/c works well and is not noisy at all, so in summer it is possible to sleep with it without beeing disturbed. I can only recommend this flat.
