"Safest and convenient place to stay and visit Birmingham"

The location of the accommodation is strategic to go anywhere and do anything you like. A shopping centre and train station are next door. Something to highlight is the safety of the accommodation. If you plan to visit Solihull and Birmingham, this is the place to stay and feel really safe.

Cannot fault anything of my flat and host.

"Average stay"

Just like the location

Didn’t like the apartment much bed was so uncomfortable , internet was really slow and the tv was slow. Bathroom wasn’t clean and had a weird smell .

"Worst experience ever, hate dealing with liars!!"

Leaving

The property advertised 2 beds on numerous sections of their advertising - they only have 1! We were travelling from NEW ZEALAND with 1 day in Birmingham which was spent waiting for the”host” to resolve this issue as they had offered instead they didn’t make contact with B.C they lied to us and stopped replying to ph and messages! When found this out after contacting B.C ouselves. They took the bond payment instantly but still haven’t see any refund or offer of compensation instead threatened us with cleaning fee!!! Poor instructions to access their photos incorrect, had to ask for apartment number!!
