We ended up cancelling the accommodation upon arrival because it is located in a very remote area with unsafe road access. Parking is on the side of a narrow road, and to reach the location you must park partially in someone else’s tiny front yard just to allow other cars to pass. The description is misleading. It is not within walking distance to SM as stated. The location is unpleasant, and you have to climb 42 steps to reach the property, with an equally unpleasant view along the way. Please be careful when booking, as the property is listed as non-refundable. The owner messaged us to say they cannot edit their description. Unfortunately, I did not see this message at the time due to the very slow internet connection in the Philippines. I will try to attach photos if possible.

I love the whole vibes of the house! It looks aesthetic and homey. It's an ideal place for big groups as there are a high number of beds they can sleep on and there are two bathrooms available to use.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, so transportation is not that accessible. But we really didn't mind this because we like how peaceful the location is, far away from the city noise.

Spacious area for sleeping and scenic view in both areas, complete kitchen utensils; ready to use home footwears; fast internet connectivity; good for those who loves to hike or wants physical activity

Some parts of the floor partitions are not noticeable; prone for guests to tip-off. Kindly put remarkable details for safety of owners as well as guests in moving around the house.
