Hotel's location was very deep inside the sub-streets of the streets you will not get any rikshaw for come out you'll have to make it on your own. No lift, Service boy not even guided us to our room. No slippers-No dental kits-No soap shampoo etc. were there, Bedsheets and pillow covers had a lot of oil marks, previous renter's garbage was still there. Room Service (It wasn't even there). Basic amenities (What is it supposed to be?). Cleanliness (They have given the room that's all). Free Breakfast (Free! What is that? The cook even denied to make anything for breakfast even after offering money). In the whole, The entire hotel runs by the huge group of three people one of them was receptionist cum manager whom I've seen only once while checking in even on that time he demanded 30% extra money, 2nd of them was 'Service Boy' who was very rude he didn't entertain politely even on the phone call. And last but not the least 'The Cook' he served my free morning breakfast on 08:30 o'clock at night.
