Luxury San Giovanni Apartment 1

Very nice apartment , great location , you can walk everywhere in the Old City . At first is a bit hard to get oriented but very quickly you will realize how to get to places . Mirela , the hostess is very pleasant and helpful .

The location of this apartment is fantastic if you wish to wander around the old town - located in the centre of the old town it has direct access to all the bars, cafes, restaurants and the hundreds of ice cream shops (have to try). The host met us and gave us a full run down of what to do and where to go. Cannot rate this high enough- well worth the visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable and definitely big enough for the four adults that travelled.

Centrally located and easy access to everything

The apartment has a perfect location in the center of old town!! Even though there are many restaurants and pubs very close, the apartment is completely silent and we slept so well. Cosy, clean and well-equipped apartment with good air condition and two bathrooms. Our host Mirela was so kind and helpful!! For instance, we lost a bag at Zadar airport and she phoned both the airport car rental and a friend working at the airport to help us get the bag back. She also gave us other useful information and was really service-minded. We can highly recommend this apartment!

Apartment is in a great location, center of old city. It has 2 full bathrooms. The owner will greet you and give you tour of city. Amazing!!!!

The location was fantastic. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. And our host, Mirela, was so lovely and accommodating. Overall our stay in Split was absolutely brilliant.

The apartment is in the centre of the old city in an old building but totally renovated and fully equipped with anything you need to enjoy your stay from air conditioning in every room to beach towels. Everything is as you see in the pictures with stone walls and wooden floors. The host, Mirela is great. She gave us all the information about the city and put a free bottle of fine Croatian wine in the fridge to welcome us.

Although everything was great for us, it would be better for the keys to be put in the safe box at the door during check-in and check-out. It would be easier for both the guest and the host.

The host was just was just amazing, very very kind and helpful. Location is 10/10 and despite being in the very centre of the old part of town there was no noise at night. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need to eat in although the myriad of amazing restaurants in split meant we weren’t tempted to do so.

2nd time staying in this beautiful apartment. Mirela is such a welcoming host and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn't be in a more central location to explore Split. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful property and look forward to returning soon.

Great location! Comfortable. Super friendly host who made sure we had all we needed. She personally walked us to apartment and showed us everything and explained the work they had done on updating the historic building.
