NescaFlat 3in1 Second apartment

Відмінне місце розташування. Близько до всіх найцікавіших локацій міста. Багато різних супермаркетів, торгових центрів поблизу. Та водночас, тихий, спокійний район. Квартира гарна, чиста, ексклюзивне планування, орієнтована на молоду пару. Було майже все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Проста і зрозуміла комунікація з власником.

Відсутність шторки у душі приносила дискомфорт. Також бажаною була б наявність рушників та праски.

Loved the layout, full living space & the bed upstairs was a nice cosy layout. Couldn't find a hairdryer! :(

Sehr gute Lage und einfacher Check in sowie Check out. Waschmaschine sowie Föhn vorhanden.

Leider sehr hellhörig und laute Nachbarn gehabt. Bisschen kalt trotz aufgedrehter Klima. Sehr dunkel tagsüber und teilweise sind die Möbel nicht gepflegt. Duschkopf war defekt und Duschvorhang verschimmelt. Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Auf Anfrage wurde leider nicht reagiert.

Bardzo blisko do metra, autobusu, sklepu. Położenie idealnie, mimo ścisłego centrum w pokoju cicho.

Bardzo mało światła dziennego, nie odgrzybiona klimatyzacja, brudny piekarnik oraz kruszki na kanapie po poprzednich gościach. Pluskwy w łóżku na antresoli.

The city of Budapest itself was lovely and enjoyable. I really loved Hungary and found it to be charming and welcoming, with plenty of interesting places to visit and explore. Budapest offered beautiful architecture, rich history, vibrant cultural scenes, delightful cuisine, and friendly locals, all of which enhanced my overall experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent booking. Upon arrival at the Hungarian airport, I received a message from Sara requesting me to relocate due to an issue with my originally booked accommodation. Consequently, I was moved further away from my intended location, which was inconvenient as I specifically booked near my family. The alternative accommodation presented severe hygiene issues, including cockroaches (documented on video) and a strong, unpleasant smell of paint. Having no other option in a foreign country, I reluctantly accepted the arrangement. A day before my scheduled departure back to England, I received another message instructing me to move back to the original accommodation because the alternative flat had another booking. Upon returning to my original booking, the conditions were even worse; the bedsheets were visibly dirty, there was clear evidence of recent occupancy (slippers left in the lounge, water leakage from the shower), and loud noise from neighbouring flats severely disrupted my sleep on my last night. Additionally, customer service from Booking.com has been poor, offering little support, repeatedly instructing me to contact the property owner directly despite booking through their platform, and failing to provide the compensation they promised due to their inability to locate the owner. The entire experience has been extremely stressful, frustrating, and deeply unsatisfactory. Due to these unresolved issues, I am considering escalating this matter to the Housing Ombudsman Service and sharing my experience on additional review platforms.

The apartment was as described. Perfectly located and accessorized with all you could need inside. We also loved the intermediate floor with the bed!
