Oceanic - Luxury Boutique Hotel

The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower had great pressure with constant hot water and lovely toiletries provided.

If you like a dark room at night bring an eye mask. We had the family suite by the pool (which was fabulous). The pool lights are kept on at night.

If you’re looking for a super chill, laid-back spot surrounded by gorgeous nature, this place is a solid 10/10. Had the most relaxed time ever, great location and lots of cafés near by! Totally loved it!

The photos on Booking.com did not tell the truth about this property. The walls were mouldy and behind my room was a dumping ground with steel tubes and dust. The property was however comfortable, the room was lovely and the staff polite and attentive. Thr food, though vegetarian, I missed reading that in advance, was very good. The most interesting part of it was the collection of books for residents to read - from John Berger to Granta to eclectic collections of cinema and photography. But, the air conditioning constantly dipped and thr staff said it's not backed up when the electricity goes. That a property can call itself a 'boutique hotel' and not provide standard consistent airconditioning is not okay, not at boutique hotel prices. I brought this up with staff, wrote to the owners on the Booking.com app, followed up every day with staff and did not hear back. This is truly tragic. So I won't be recommending this space and will ask Booking.com to not list it as a boutique hotel but a homestay.

No security - gate keeper, no proler parking, slow - no wifi, over price, not safe with small kids many red ants in property- not good with kids, no loft and small climbing. Away from main area, beach is far. pool not clean and mostly greedy management. Not worth the spend. Many better places around at much better value for money.

The owners were very nice and helpful .i I had some queries about my trip (what places I should visit )and she helped me a lot .Even the food was very good .

The food served by the hotel is yummy. The manager is very much interactive and provides each solution.

Love how cozy the rooms were and how clean they were. Even the bathrooms were clean.

For the cost they charge, breakfast should have been part of the deal and additional and overall cost of basic food items were exorbitant, Poha costs same in Taj and at Oceanic.
