Brand new Georgian flat in Bath

What a wonderful flat - great location for sightseeing around Bath as the city centre and all the main sights were only a short walk away. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable/cosy - great comfy bed and felt like a home from home. We would definitely book again!

A small dining or coffee table would have been great/made the space more functional - but that really is our only comment!

Super cosy, comfortable flat in a fantastic location.

Not that flat itself but just an fyi that the address provided will take you to the wrong place. We spent a while trying to locate the flat but thankfully a precious review had advised to put ‘Alfred Street’ instead which then took us to the right location.

The location was excellent for exploring Bath. Apartment was nicely decorated & bed very comfortable but some practical issues need to be addressed.

There are extensive cooking facilities but no table & chairs for eating. Owner sent a message about keeping the cream sofa clean which meant we stood up to eat! Lap trays could have been provided as a last resort in the absence of a small table and chairs. Shower was terrible - the shower head sprayed water everywhere and needs attention. The weather turned quite cold when we arrived and we struggled to turn heating on. Parking was a problem. There is metred parking on the street which is often full so the owner advised of parking options available in paid car parks which add considerably to cost of stay.

This flat was so stunning and in the most perfect location, it made our trip so much more special. Phoebe was also so lovely and was available to message if I needed to!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Bath during our June visit. The property exceeded our expectations in every way - it was impeccably clean and decorated with such thoughtful attention to detail. What really stood out were the lovely personal touches throughout the accommodation, including thoughtfully provided amenities like ear plugs and razors in little boxes. These small gestures made our stay feel truly welcoming and showed the host's genuine care for their guests' comfort. The outdoor bath was an absolute highlight and such a gorgeous, unique feature that made our stay extra special. It's not something you find everywhere, and it really added to the charm and relaxation of our visit. The location couldn't have been better - perfectly positioned in central Bath within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Being near the famous Crescent was particularly convenient for exploring the city's beautiful Georgian architecture.

A beautiful flat. Had everything worked as it should have, it would have been exceptional.

This is a basement flat. The bathroom was very dark without lights and the lights simply did not work. The switch was broken. The shower was therefore unusable and the loo and sink could only be used in part light from a small window at the back or by leaving the door open so that the hall light was available. The blind by the tv was broken as well. We emailed three times. No email was answered. We did not wish to leave a negative review because this is a lovely flat, but others will leave a poor review and we cannot believe the defects were not pointed out by the cleaners.
