Brand new Georgian flat in Bath

it is very rare that i walk in to a rental property and would not change a thing , it is so beautifully done in all aspects ,thank you Phoebe

The property is stunning, interior design is so modern & stylish actually better in person than photos. Love the outdoor bath tub which is really relaxing and a romantic vibe. lots of special touches it's like staying in a hotel. 5* place and location is really central and convenient. Would definitely stay again

Honestly the best flat / hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Perfectly located, the ambience and decor were absolutely exquisite (if money were no object, this is exactly how I will decorate my next flat - the bathroom alone was stunning). Toiletries and amenities were thoughtfully selected and I had everything I could possibly need during my stay. Would not hesitate to come back - Phoebe provided lots of helpful information pre-stay and I think the place was excellent value for money.

No real negatives, you can hear some footfall from the flat above but wasn’t obtrusive at all, contrary to precious reviews. There was more noise from the Assembly Rooms opposite, I found, but nothing that impacted on my stay.

We loved our stay at the Georgian flat. It is beautifully designed and a very special place to stay. The copper bath tub outside on the courtyard is amazing. Phoebe even added a little dog bed and some treats for us as we were bringing our little dog with us. Location is excellent, super easy to get around, also a few minutes away from the royal crescent which was handy for taking our dog out.

Wifi was a bit temperamental outside of the living area . I know what the previous reviewer means by the "herd of elephants" upstairs. It is very noisy in the bedroom when they are walking about and it did wake us up about 1am. I think it's worse because the chandelier shakes as a result which might be something to look at. However, it didn't spoil our stay and it's footsteps you hear which I know is an issue in old flats.

I like everything about the property, it’s really nice.

obviously this is a basement apartment which isn’t an issue, it did sound like the above apartment was occupied by elephants though.

Excellent location, kitchen facilities provided, breakfast not provided, lovely free standing bath in secluded partly covered outside courtyard didnt use but would be fabulous in the summer, very high quality facilities throughout, would most definitely highly recommend 🙂
