Lovely space for 6 of us. Good location and plenty to do in the area. Kitchen accommodated our needs. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were functional. Could use a shelf in the bathrooms above the sink, and in the showers (no where to put your soap/shampoo currently.)

Some poor design elements in the bathroom. Very low ceiling in the mezzanine rooms. Not suitable for tall people or those who have minor disabilities.

"Huge space in the heart of Ortigia"

Great location, lots of restaurants and the beach nearby Spotlessly clean and fairly well equipped kitchen Huge space with a bedroom and bath for everyone

Nothing really, just a couple of minor maintenance issues - we couldn't get the coffee maker to work (may have been an operator error), the soap dispenser in the downstairs bedroom doesn't work, had a difficult time getting the temperature low enough on the A/C

It was very spacious and clean. Air conditioning added to the comfort level.

The host could have helped out a bit more with the parking situation. It is very difficult to find parking in Ortigia and we were not aware of this. It would be helpful if this owner would include parking when people book the property, even if there is an additional cost. This added unnecessary stress to the beginning of our stay.
