"Disgusting"

Nothing

The stairs were shady, the linens were dirty , the floor at the toilet seat was broken, the main building door was not getting locked for inside, i had to checkout the same day of the booking. Didnt get any refund! Super bad experience! Also didnt get any help from booking.com too

"No hot water!"

The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. Walked to everything. The space itself was nice too.

We had no hot water the entire time we were there. Every time I sent a message to the owners I was given a promise it would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. Then when it was over booking.com did nothing. I didn’t get a refund or a discount of any kind.
