"Our Soleada" Villa cosy and flowery, heated pool

It's a great location. It's quiet and the place has everything you need. We've been back twice now.

This is a really good villa that has a fantastic pool area / eating outside area, which is bigger and more spacious than it looks on the pictures! The villa itself is also very well equipped and comfortable with good bedrooms, a good kitchen and utility room, and plenty of space for parking a large vehicle at the front behind the electronic gate. Nadja and Guillaume were also excellent hosts and were very responsive to any queries we had in advance of our stay. We'd definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime as we really like the Rubicon Marina area and visit Playa Blanca quite frequently.

There was nothing not to like, the villa had everything you needed. The only tiny suggestion would be maybe to have an additional set of keys available.

Lovely spacious accommodation with fabulous heated pool which had full sun all day. Excellent garden with attractive planting ample seating sun beds and parasols.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The best of all was the swimming pool, which was very well heated and big. The owners are extremely nice and answer very quickly to any issue that might arise. It is close to Playa blanca center although a car is recommended. We had an amazing time and we will certainly book again the same house in the near future.

The house is really great to spent your holiday with your family. Well equiped villa in a quiet neighbourhood. The private heated pool is really big.

Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Pool facilities were great and the temperature was just about right for the weather in November. Beds were comfy.

It was a solid 20+ minute walk into town from the apartment so would just advise people to take a taxi back to the villa if you’re carrying any shopping. They’re pretty cheap from the town centre. Nothing really to dislike about the property itself. It’s really nice.

Some minor improvements to some of the facilities would be nice - beds in smallest room have fairly worn mattresses, toaster was a bit dodgy but overall a brilliant stay - thanks so much

My second visit to this villa. Super quiet and peaceful. Everything you could need is catered for.The heated pool is exceptional and a lot larger than it appears in the photos.

Nothing to dislike

As a family, we loved everything about this villa. This villa has everything, stuff for old and young and inbetween!! The pool and the outside area were brilliant. This villa has a filtered water tap, which was a god send, no buying bottled water!!! The villa was value for money for sure. We would definitely go back!

The only downside, which didn't bother us at all, was that it's about half an hour walk to the seafront, but the taxis were only 4 to 5 euro, so a bargain, really.
