Broken tiles around the pool. Unkept grasses.

Location was good. Facilities like swimming pool, full kitchen facilities, lots of bedrooms, washing machine, pool table, football table, parking for 6 cars. And fully aircon house. Lots of greens around the house. Big trees give a lot of shade. Great for a big group of people. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Lots of space in the house.

The house is old and the interior and furniture shows its age. Some floor tiles have come loose, and are covered using light carpets. One of the room airon was leaking water. The owner got it fixed the next day after a few reminders. The contact person and number provided didn't pick up my calls nor my SMS. The response to my questions from the owner was very slow. Probably living in a different country. A big tree above the car park dropped a lot of leaves and small branches onto all the cars parked there making all the cars dirty. Pictures looked better than real life.

Old and poorly maintained..Tiles on the floor are broken, molds seen in the bathroom Broken door knobs and some of the toilets were unable to flush The lighting in the villa is so dim Villa was dusty upon our arrival Most importantly the owner is not responsive nor reachable!

This is my 2nd time booking place and I have recommended this place to others as well. This place is extraordinary! Strategic location, clean, comfortable and very spacious. Check in is very easy and host is very responsive. This place will be my first choice to have any get together in the future.

It’s a big house and cooking essentials are provided. Nice pool and entertainments. A lot of parking. A moderate price for last minute booking. Has big fridge. Nice location & thanks for the no-deposit policy. Recommend this villa for friends gathering instead.

- Old and broken things (Eg: door knob, furnitures, sofas) - The bedrooms layout are very messy and some of them have no proper door. - No mirrors in every room - No hook neither in room nor in bathroom hence, you don’t know where to put your towel or clothes - The pool is not suitable for kids because the height may reach 1.2m - The lighting in the house is so dull - The karaoke set is very slow to play - I dont know why tap water at the wet kitchen is very hot and the adjuster is so hard to find - The owner or PIC is so hard to reach. The phone number provided was not in service. Bad communications.

6 bedrooms that can occupied big family members/group. Privacy.

Some bathroom dont have water heater, but not so big deal.
