"Nice place would book again."

I liked the entrance, the location and the service. The room its self was not bad. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed it. The room was cozy and was an enjoyable experience.

The hot water heater in the shower was not working and the towels had bleach stains on them. I am sure this must just be a one off thing. Didn't ruin the experience.

Very close to MOA, restaurants and pretty much the places where we are planning to go. Close to the airport as well. The place is very clean and the host is very accommodating. It helped that there's a convenience store downstairs as it made it easy to buy stuff for cooking when we don't feel like eating out. There wasn't a problem with communication and I will surely book this place again if I need to come back to Manila.

Not against the host but probably the juristic office having to require payments for the pool. It felt weird as it is not the case in other countries.
