Friendly owner. Easy access. Great communication. Fascinating to be able to see the trains, yet still quiet being so close to Frankton railways. Very close to city centre. Easy 2 minutes walk up the street to local eateries.

Is a townhouse upstairs apartment in the city, so didn't realise walked straight into steep stairs with all living upstairs. No off-street parking available, but nothing happened to my car the nights it was parked out on the street in front of the building.
