Very spacious

The shower in the upstairs room practically had no pressure and the downstairs shower is a wet room

Close to the centre

The whole place was dirty. Used plates were just put back on the shelves. Messy bins and sheets.

There was lots of space, the beds were comfy and clean, the decor was lovely and modern. Kids loved the trampoline The House was in a great position, exactly where we wanted to be.

The wifi was so slow that we didn't use it. Parts of the house needed a good clean - bathrooms, mirrors and skirting boards etc. the we found food from previous guests in the kitchen cupboards. There were only 6 chairs for the table, despite more being in more in the photos, we had booked for 9 people and could not all sit together. Lots of money seems to have been spent on high quality fixtures and fittings, but the maintenance does not seem to have been kept up. There was a massive gap in the window upstairs bedroom window - even when shut we could hear noise from the street. We were glad it was hot as it would have been freezing in the winter

it was cold and we put the heating on however it didn’t say on long enough to warm the house up. The Wi-Fi kept dropping off.

Property looked very clean and beds are comfortable. Very spacious.

Code to get inside is difficult to operate spent almost 10min trying to open the door the 1st time only to ring the host for him to tell me the code was different from the one on Booking.com. Also didn't reply when I asked for the code hours before I arrived and took ages to answer when I was stuck. Bbq stand was disappointing, was looking forward to using it but it was tiny. Kitchen storage was a dirty.
