"Logement propre, pas trop chaud, au calme, proche centre de Lisbonne"

La situation dans Lisbonne et la proximité de commerces, logement propre, logement agréable car au rez-de-chaussée et pas trop chaud.

Il pourrait être utile d'avoir un peu plus de linge à disposition

Cozy place in a good location. I'd just suggest some curtains for the main window, some towel hangers for the bathroom and a deep cleaning of the couch.

La dame était super sympa elle nous a tout expliqué ! Nous avons adoré le fait qu’il y ait des équipements (sèche cheveux, shampoing, étendoir à linge, machine à laver avec une dosette de lavage !)

C’était assez compliqué de trouver le logement dans la rue, donc peut être plus d’explications pour trouver ce logement. Le logement était bien, juste un peu humide et des moisissures dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine. Sinon rien à dire !

Falta de comunicação entre a equipa de gestão e de limpeza. Enviam demasiadas mensagens para a desorganização com que aparentemente gerem o apartamento. Falta de limpeza (fui picada por pulgas ou percevejos). Cheirava a humidade.

Localização e o contato com o Miguel que foi gentil em todas as vezes que precisamos.

Infelizmente o apartamento era extremamente húmido e mofado, ao ponto de ter água escorrendo pelas paredes. Tivemos problemas com a resistência elétrica que estava caindo. A questão da humidade é um problema.
