Чисто, все є для проживання і на перший випадок (кава, чай, цукор, туалетний папір, миючі засоби)

Скрипить підлога в кімнаті сильно, нема маскітних сіток, а без них велика купа комарів у квартирі. При вході у квартиру є неприємний якийсь запах.

Квартира розташована прямо в центрі в дуже зручній локації й цікавому будинку. Загалом було доволі чисто, комфортно й тихо. Гаряча вода була постійно. На кухні можна було приготувати все необхідне. Є мікрохвильовка й невеликий холодильник, а також посуд і столові прибори. Також знайшли праску (нам вона знадобилася). Господар адекватний. Змогли домовитися про продовження бронювання ще на одну ніч. Тож рекомендую.

Для нас це не було важливим, утім, для когось може бути принциповим. Квартира розташована на 4 поверсі, тож будьте готові підніматися до неї гвинтовими сходами. Окремого балкону немає, він спільний для всіх мешканців поверху. У кімнаті доволі сильно скрипить паркет, а у ванній відчутний запах каналізації (але це загалом проблема для старої частини міста). Пралка нам не була потрібна, утім, очевидно, її наявність лише для виду, бо пахла вона всередині не дуже, а порошку чи чогось такого не було.
