Comfortable

The big locked gates are awful

Location was great we arrived in the dark so didn't see the canal and barges but the grounds was very nice. good size shower and powerful.

wooden floor made it loud when others came in and out and the doors slam loud,

No breakfast included, but biscuits were. Water in fridge & tea / coffee.

Room thermostat was in communal hallway. Difficult to heat room. Shower cubicle had mould. Cillit Bang mould remover fixes it.

Comfy tidy room, good shower, all extras you need coffee, sugar,kettle, fridge etc,

The big iron gates you have to access with big chain and lock to get your car threw, didn’t like having to do that alone was a bit of struggle, think I stayed on the 2 nights tho where the restaurant was closed so hoping if I stay again I will stay when the gates will already be unlocked

Room and Bed comfortable Bathroom great with good towels and shampoo etc. Facilities in the room were everything I needed. Key safes worked ok with adequate instructions.

Leaving in the morning with the entrance gates padlocked trying to unlock and re-lock the gates was a bit of a fiddle.

Breakfast not included. Location was fine.

Great location, everything you could need in the room. Instructions are easy to follow to check in.

The doors are all very heavy and slam loudly. Our car was damaged in the car park (wing mirror smashed off and blood on the side of the vehicle assumed to be from a fight from the Finsley Gate Wharf next door. Messaged the pub with no response.

Clean and spacious

Didn't have a clue where I was going the room was really dirty there wasn't. Much to like

The room was dirty the bed was damp there was bugs in the bathroom it wasn't nice
