Très bel appartement, situé près de tout. Le balcon est un plus et le lit est confortable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le lave-linge.

Communication difficile avec l'hôte entre la date de réservation et la date d'arrivée. Stationnement très étroit et difficile lorsqu'il y a plusieurs véhicules.

il proprietario ancora non ci ha restituito la caparra di 50€ (richiesta fuori da booking) che se non viene pagata non ti fornisce il codice per entrare. Dice che la restituisce dopo 15 gg dal check out ma ormai sono passati e nonostante i messaggi non risponde e non rimborsa. Modificherò la recensione solo quando sarò rimborsata. Altrimenti procederò per vie legali.

All’arrivo il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare asciugamani solo per 3 persone e il divano letto non pronto, i soldi per la protezione dai danni che non viene restituita e il proprietario non risponde.

Location was awesome close to everything, very clean unit, facilities good , close to centre port etc. breakfast at Samaria was great way to start the day with katarina very lovely lady even though we had to chase up where breakfast was, was great.

Property didn’t have hot water on , tried to use spa that night arrived late but just cold so didn’t use after cold shower in morning i found circuit board and put hot water on was disappointing after that all good unit set up well big fridge cold water very clean. Not much information all communication through ai.

Das es Zentrums nah gelegen ist und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür hatte.

Shower head. But not a big deal

A szállás Heraklion városában remek helyen található, minden gyalogosan elérhető: boltok, éttermek, a belváros és a tengerpart is közel van. A 4 lakásos lépcsőházban lift található, a házhoz tartozó parkolóban maximum két közepes méretű autó fér el kényelmesen. A lakás tiszta és jól felszerelt, a franciaágy és a kanapéágy kényelmes alvást biztosított. A klíma hatékonyan hűtött, az okos TV kényelmes esti kikapcsolódást nyújtott, a hatalmas erkély pedig igazán kellemes plusz volt, ahol jólesett pihenni. Összességében kényelmes, praktikus és ideális szállás Heraklion felfedezéséhez. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás, ajánlom!

Sajnos a parkolás kicsit körülményes, mert a 4 lakásos társasházhoz csak 2 közepes vagy 3 kisméretű (pl Fiat 500) autónak van hely. Kanapé már használatos, ezért kényelmetlen. A fürdőszobában a lámpa érintkezés hibás volt, de egy kis lámpával még elvoltunk. Apró problémák, amúgy egy nagyon korrekt szállás.
