とにかく景色が綺麗。 部屋数が少ないので人とあまりあわずゆっくりできた。 朝食もサービスでつけていただいたのですが、それがすごく美味しくていい旅行の思い出になりました。

Beautiful building a la Ando Tadao style on the top of Owners Hill, around 20 minutes drive from Karuizawa. Beautiful onsen with stunning views of Mt Asama. Room very large with views of Mt Asama and a great bath. We did not have dinner, but had their “breakfast” a tad expensive at Y3,800, but the quantities were huge, bit of an odd menu. We both had hamburger for our main course. We asked for a minor late check out which was granted without a question

The lady serving breakfast was typical Japanese “polite”, but some policies were a bit annoying. I asked for a coffee refill and was told that would be extra, also you have a choice of drink, tea or coffee or a juice. For Y3,800 I think you should get both and coffee refills.

The staff were really nice. The room was stylish and clean. With beds and futon made a great experience for my little kid in Japan. We had a great time in this hotel. :))

The location is far from shops or restaurants so it’s good to know that before you arrive. Dinner at the restaurant is the Hotel is probably easier and having to drive at night on a pitch black mountain

Spacious room, privacy (the hotel has only 4 rooms). Relaxing spring and shower area with a stunning view. Polite staffs.

It is 20 mins drive from the city centre / outlet. You cannot complain for what you got though.

The rooms are spacious in a quiet setting with good scenic view from the balcony. The Italian restaurant serves excellent food, must try.

It is a bit far off from the main road and was hard to find with Google.

This is our 3rd time to visit Karuizawa. We had a great dinner at fine dining Restaurant, all dishes are really great. Our Moms enjoyed very much for Mothers day. Reception is really helpful, he help reserve table for restaurant, and explained Onsen in detail. It is friendly for elders to use hot spring. Lobby is mordern, with exquisite view. Villa with sloping roof feel ourselves in a forest gallery. We loved and definitely will stay here again.
