La casa es preciosa, clásica pero muy bien mantenida/remodelada. Los colchones cómodos, las sabanas y toallas impecables. En una zona tranquila y segura. La atención es excelente, los pequeños detalles como dejarnos unas cápsulas de café para el desayuno y una botella de agua en la heladera para tener al llegar hacen la diferencia.

No haberme podido quedado unos días más.

"Una casa típica de La Spezia cercana a Conque Terre"

El lugar es ideal para hacer excursiones por Cinque Terre. Mario estuvo atento en todo momento. Es una casa típica de la zona y me gustó mucho.

El aparcamiento es un poco justo, la calle por la que entras, pero nada que no se pueda resolver con un poco de pericia.

L'hôte très agréable mais logement vieillot. Le cadre extérieur n'est pas top. Bref, certains peuvent apprécier, moi je n'ai pas vraiment aimé.

Pas assez moderne équipements vieillot.

Fácil de llegar en coche y autobús. Limpio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario y habitaciones amplias y actualizadas. El anfitrión atento y amable.

No tenía aire acondicionado y en verano se nota con las altas temperaturas.

Beautiful old house with a lot of original fixtures. Would be a lovely base for a family in the summer. Unfortunately I was on my own and it was a rainy couple days in spring.
