Prestige KBCC at KB Town Centre

The location is good

Centralized location with city view and a shopping mall next door. Clean and tidy apartment. Prompt response and good support from the host.

Narrow driveway/ramp to/at parking floor. Poor acoustic quality of windows which you could hear noise from the street during night time. (especially from motorcycles)

The property was clean and it accommodated a family of four. The was a kitchenette with complete utensils, electrical appliances like microvawe and fridge. The internet was speedy too.

The downsides to the property 1. The aircond did not function in one of the rooms. We slept with just the stand fan in which my husband kept sweating. We requested the person in-charge (PIC) to fix it, because it was disrupting sleep but she did not respond and left us unattended. We found this highly disappointing. 2. The check-in process was messy and unruly. No locker was provided for our unit (based on the guide). Upon contacting the PIC, she mentioned the need to get the keys from the security guard instead. Unfortunately, security guard wasn’t there at that time and we had to request help from the cleaner whom happened to be there. This was extremely unorganised. 3. The check-out process was equally messy. We were informed to place the keys in the mailbox but if we were to do so, then we wouldn’t be able to get out of the room as it requires access card to be scanned. We then decided to handover the keys to the security guard as per the new check-in instruction and realized that security guard wasn’t there again. We waited about 15 mins and only then we were able to give the key. It was a disappointing stay.
