Excellent property, I would recommend it and I will definitely return every time I am in the city. Everything extremely clean and organised, they provide the basics but it seems that you are in your own home so comfortable that it is. Easy access to the centre and other amenities. Large rooms, large and clean bathroom, safe building. Easy communication with the owners

Great location and the private parking space was a bonus. Lovely comfy bed. The apartment was nice and clean with everything you need for a night or two in the centre of Birmingham. Close to shops, restaurants and Utilita Arena. Would definitely recommend.

Really good price and the host was great about rearranging key collection time when our train was cancelled and we arrived late evening

The directions should have said the name of the building. We were told the address but couldn’t see a number on the building itself

Perfect place

The location is good. Parking is a great feature. The caretaker / concierge of this large multi-occupancy property was extremely helpful.

The kitchen would benefit from more plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Could help make the accommodation feel more homely. The bed is not that comfortable. Otherwise, well equipped.
