Excellent clean modern house close to Chester centre.We didn't try we had grandchildren with us but sure it's easy walking distance at a mile and a half.

Tiny niggle but curtains on all of the bedroom windows would be good sure that's being done it's very new.

Location, value for money and the parts which were finished were lovely also Helen was helpful on phone. It is a good find for chester at such a cheap price will be amazing when it's finished. Thank you for our stay.

Bath plug on 2nd floor wasn't working let water out far to quick! 2 out of the 5 of us what stayed look specifically for baths so that was let down. Lack of curtains for privacy while sleeping had to dress outside of bedroom and throw fleeces over curtain pole to block out light so I could sleep. It felt un finished with marks on walls partly painted but price reflects it. Could do with back garden having some furniture.
