INWe (10 adults and 5 kids) had booked our stay at Golden Apex, Kabini (Stay Vista) for 2 nights and 3 days and I can say for sure that this was one of our most disappointing holidays and what made it worse is how Stay Vista has been so hostile and not responding to our emails on our experience with them. On the morning of day 3 (21st May), there was absolutely no water in the entire house that we booked. Right from the morning, there was no water in the bathrooms, kitchenette, or the dining area. To be as crass as possible, we had to even control ourselves from passing our stools as there was no water to wash ourselves post our morning duty. There was no water to wash hands or peform our daily routine like washing face, bathing, or using the loo. When we checked, they said they they forgot to switch on the motor, after some time when we rechecked, they said the motor is not working, then after sometime they said they've arranged for a water tanker from Mysore which never landed until we checked-out at 12.45 PM also. As we had 5 kids with us, it was absolutely beyond our capacity to control them from using the washroom and ultimately, the staff ended up getting us a bucket of cold water from the sump (the water at the bottom of the sump), that too one bucket per person, with which we cleaned ourselves. Even on day 2 morning and evening, we faced the same water problem. One of the guest with us was in the toilet and realise later that there's no water. Again we had to inform them after which they switched on the motor and we had wait in the toilets for 20-30 minutes for the water to come and then step out. It was a total disaster! As we landed on the property, we realised this was in no way connected to Kabini. It's just a short drive from Mysore making it a farm stay on the outskirts of the town. So as mentioned in your property name and details, this has nothing to do with Kabini.
