Bayfront Apartment Breathtaking Views- one bedroom w balcony- living room -Free Parking

If you are looking for a home for a few days, this apartment is a good choice. The apartment is older but well maintained. Comfortable bed, balcony with a beautiful view of Miami, fully equipped kitchen, clean linens and toiletries. Washing machine is right next to the apartment with a card, which was missing in the apartment. Plenty of parking spaces.

It’s a little dated. The elevator was sketchy.

The entire complex itself needs serious renovations. Staff was doing there best but I’m sure they’re underpaid.

The apartment was ok, its standard as well. Maybe not super high, but acceptable, bathroom ok. The swimming pool is a bit disgusting, so if anyone expects to use it, I doubt it. During our entire stay - about 10 days - we never saw anyone there. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was great, communication at a high level. I needed a hairdryer (I was convinced it would be available in the apartment, but it wasn't) and it was delivered to me after a few days. There is a laundry and drying room available on site. Free parking available! - very important in Miami

location - it won't be possible without a car

Loved the view. Honestly everything else about Miami and the surrounding is just meh. Also, loved the kitchen - it had everything except for spices.

The staff working there. They couldn‘t speak English most of the time (only if they wanted to). Also they were kind of disgusting (starring at us, flirting, etc) bc we were females. On our last day some super rude dude with an a**h**e attitude was knocking on the door asking for our passports. We ofc didn’t show it. Asked the owner if that‘s a normal thing, he didn‘t know about it. They were literally talking about us in Spanish once we saw them at check-out. Such a disgusting place if you‘re female and cant have a convo in Spanish. The shower didn‘t work either, we couldn‘t shut it off so there was water running untill the next day when someone finally came and installed new handles in 1,5 hours. Also the pool is pretty dirty, we couldn’t even go in. Oh and without a car you‘re screwed. But also with one bc parking is only for rich people. Lol. Miami itself is not a nice place. Wish I never came and stayed in another city. Save your money for other great places, honestly.
