Brand new, modern apartment with all the amenities. A great bed and a great bathtub. We highly recommend it! The best part was is the owner Marianna (Mary). She was one of the nicest hosts that we had in Italy and we travel extensively. She was kind and courteous and a pleasure to speak to. She accepted our early check-in request and that made our travel much easier. The supermarket is only 5 minutes by foot and the location is very quiet and relaxing. We were surprised how much one can see in this location by a short drive in a car: several lakes and beaches, a large 15th century castle, beautiful forests, large Roman villa ruins, etc. A very beautiful area, and the sea and Rome is also nearby. Thank you Marianna for the local recommendations! We look forward to staying with you again.

Marianna is a good host. Friendly responsive and very helpful. The apartment has plenty of room, is well equipped and has a great balcony with nice views where you can sit in the evening and chill out. It’s only a short bus ride to the lake and about 10-12 mins walk from the train station. Recommended

I could easily have my breakfast and with good options. I could also cook my meals when I wanted. The location is serene, secure and fantastic.e host could easily communicate in English and was always available to respond to questions and request.
