No toilet seat!!! Table is wobbly. Unit is dirty and host is not responsive despite us asking them many time. Paying rm 400+ is not worth at all.

Our recent stay at the Cozy Sunset View High Floor Condo with Free WiFi & Netflix was unfortunately below expectations. I would like to provide constructive feedback in the hope that it helps improve future guest experiences. Check-in Experience: Although the stated check-in time was 4:00 pm, we requested an early check-in at 2:00 pm. The response regarding the unit not being ready due to the previous guest leaving it in a poor condition was not very convincing, especially considering the standard check-out time is 11:00 am. It was disappointing to learn that the cleaning would take until 4:00 pm. Unit Readiness: We were only able to enter the unit at 4:30 pm, and cleaning was still in progress. The unit was fully ready at around 5:00 pm. As we were on vacation with our children, we remained patient, but this did affect our first impression. Condition of Furnishings: Several furnishings appeared old and in need of repair. Notably, the bathroom door was unstable and almost falling off the rail. Bathroom Facilities: The toilet bowl did not have a proper seat, which made it uncomfortable to use. Water Heater: The water heater hose was broken and required attention. Netflix Access: The Netflix account was logged out, which caused inconvenience as we selected the property partly for this amenity. Check-out: Although check-out was at 11:00 am, we chose to leave earlier at 9:00 am due to the overall condition of the unit and our experience. Overall, we were disappointed, especially since we wanted a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our children. Unfortunately, we would not choose this property again, as it did not meet the standards we expected for a relaxing two-night stay.
