Afstand tot tram en centrum.

Oud en meerdere gebreken, viel echt tegen. Bas had een scheur, kast was kapot. Tuin overwoekerd.

The kitchen was clean and the location was good for where we needed to be. But the location would be good or we would not have picked the location.

The front door did not double lock unless you moved the locking housing as there was a missing screw. The back door did not double lock unless you were really patient and finally the lock slipped into place. The walls were dirty with many marks. The window sills were dirty. There were holes in the walls that had been stuffed with wire wool, you only do this if you have a mouse/rat issue. Not all the bedding had covers on it and the quilts without covers had yellow (urine) Staines in them. The mattresses were stained and did not have mattress covers. It states 4 bedrooms, one of these is the lounge with the TV in it. It is a 3 bed property with a bed put in the lounge? The bath is stained yellow. The bath bends and moves under foot. The windows do not close easily. The floor boards upstairs are not aligned and make a terrible noise when walked on, waking anyone that is already sleeping. Apart from the kitchen it is pretty grim and not suitable to be used as a short stay. The Garden is overgrown and cannot be used. The wheelie bins were full and could not be used. The WiFi router was unplugged in our arrival as was the Ariel for the free view. I would not recommend unless there are 4 contractors that just need a bed.

doors did not lock very well, if at all so felt very unsafe at times. hopefully that has been fixed now so could be better for future residents.
