SA( Bad apartment ) We initially booked the apartment in May 2024, based on good reviews. However, the day before our arrival, we were alarmed to see that the rating had dropped to "satisfactory" with numerous poor reviews in June and July 2024. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of the apartment, which was significantly worse than described at the time of booking. The specific reasons for our immediate departure are as follows: 1. The apartment was generally unclean. 2. The apartment had a suffocating smell that affected me and my family from the moment we entered. 3. There were ants and cockroaches in the apartment. 4. Both ironing tables were very dirty. 5. The dining table was very dirty. 6. Kitchen essentials were missing and the drawers were difficult to open. 7. The bathrooms were dirty, lacked essentials, and had no toilet paper. 8. The apartment was unsafe because one of the bedroom windows had no handle and could not be locked, and it was on the ground floor. * There are other pictures of the bathrooms that I could not add.
