Close to the airport. The security can call a taxi for you, if you struggle in finding one. The tea facility in the apartment was fully stocked up.

The neighborhood is still being built, so it looks a little dodge with its awkwardness but it's general safe. It was also so far away from the city center or the favorite beach fronts where you can find entertainment - its about 45 minutes drive to Ain Diab Beach.

Nice appartment

The guy who welcomed me ordered me twice a taxi (once for casablanca, another time for the airport at my departure) the taxi never came... i was waiting outside at 6AM and nobody ... that's not serious... really don't do that...

The location has its own itinerary with restaurants & shops within walking distance. (No bars). Be aware this location is near the airport but very far from everything else (45 mins)

The wrong contact details were offered on booking.com app. The phone number was dead. The people offered as contacts can't speak English when you eventually get a contact number. I had made a mistake with booking so I sent a WhatsApp to ask if it was ok to amend. I got the thumbs up 👍. Arrived at the apartment & was told room is now booked go away. I was stranded with luggage, no wifi & no room. It was getting dark & raining also. Not a great experience. Fortunately the security guard was great & got me an apartment in the same block privately.
