Good location and very spacious.

Apartment was clean to very low standard, all dishes and cutlery had to be rewashed before using. Greasy surfaces, dirty bowl left under the sink. Shower tray was cracked and sofa arm broke what was already mentioned by previous renters in their reviews. Very dirty carpet, dirty shower trap.

Location was city centre, excellent! Staff is very friendly and responsive, great experience

However, was really dirty inside and based on the audience coming in and out looks like it is a place to have one night fun rather stay for longer. Cannot complain much for this price, but it was funny to buy toilet paper ourselves as we were left with half of the one roll for 6 days

You have to pay to park and walk to the property.

My partner was performing at the theatre which is less than 5 minutes walk. This place Was perfect as it was very close. Thanks.

The stay had a few issues at the beginning, but the team handled everything very quickly and professionally. Their communication and willingness to help were truly appreciated and made a big difference. The location is also a huge plus — very convenient and enjoyable. What we appreciated the most was the staff and the effort they put into resolving everything promptly. Thank you for the support during our stay.

I believe the cleaning company urgently needs improvement or replacing.

The apartment was ready within an hour after booking. Very easy to deal with. A good size.

The entry to the property. Some things in the property could be improved. Cleanliness. The curtain rail. Shower gel/shampoo were empty. We booked at the last minute and it was ready within an hour. Some of these issues may have been remedied with more notice. Lots of people on the stairs.
