非常糟糕的体验！入住当天才被告知房子不能住，完全是骗人的行为。对方还威胁我不要取消预订，说如果取消我们双方都会被扣罚金，并承诺会在 3 个工作日内退款。结果现在已经过去这么久，无论是房东还是客服都失联，没有任何交代，也没有退款。非常不负责任，不建议任何人再预订！ Very disappointing and dishonest experience! On the check-in day, I was suddenly told that the house was not available for stay. The host even warned me not to cancel the booking, saying that both sides would be penalized, and promised to refund within 3 working days. It has been much longer now — no update, no refund, and both the owner and customer service have gone silent. Totally irresponsible — I do not recommend anyone to book this place

Location is Good

The place is not clean at all, although it has insects and bugs, I am suffering with them to date to get my refund, they are not responding, and I am stuck between them and the booking.com- I have all screenshots with them in WhatsApp, they promised that they will return the full money and the didn't - even after they refund the money guarantee that the collected when I reach to the place, they manuplating to refund the three days reservation.

Property was good. But 15kms away from Airport.

No water to drink , self check in , they reveal terms and condition of RM200 deposit after booking and paying booking amount. Refund of deposit is not immediate if paid through credit card.
