Lovely stay at La Gratitude in Stellenbosch. The home is beautiful, comfortable and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxed and special visit. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, wine farms and everything Stellenbosch has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. We really appreciated the thoughtful details and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect base for a memorable family weekend. Highly recommended!

Excellent and very quiet location. Well furnished and equiped apartment with a spacious outdoor area.

There was some building work taking place in the partment next door. They were respectful, but it was a given to be woken up shortly after 8am. Just one of those timing things. It never spoilt our stay. Our host made it clear that if there was any problem whatsoever, we could contact our host and they would sort things out with the contractors.

"Not happy"

We could not stay as the establishment double booked with Lekkerslaap. They only called me at 5pm to let me know. We were driving from out of town, and I had not seen the messages that they had sent me after 3pm to notify me of the double booking.

They should have had the decency to call me to notify me that they were canceling my booking. To add insult to injury, they tell me that I must cancel the booking. I had to stop on the side of the road to try to secure a booking somewhere else and it was after 17h00! Totally unacceptable.
