JOIVY Fantastic New Town Flat with Shared Garden

Location was great. Close enough to the old town to walk there and far enough for it to be quiet. It's a lovely quirky flat, with almost all of the amenities you need. The absolute best is the bed which is VERY comfortable. Really loved it.

The flat was clean, but not as clean as it could have been. In the kitchen in particular we found cups and plates in the cupboard that weren't and needed to be cleaned before using. To be honest, I suspect it was because of the previous people who rented the place who had tidied unclean crockery, rather than the cleaning team. And it definitely wasn't a big issue.

Great location in a quiet street. But still easily accessible to all the locations we wanted to visit. Nice pubs and cafes in the area for breakfast and dinner.

No complaints, all was great about the apartment.

Great location, convenient check in and good facilities. Joivy were very helpful and online with chewers quickly.

The key colours were incorrect and the WiFi name and code in the app were wrong but it was fairly easy to sort without help

Location was ideal for access to the Newtown and City. The flat is really lovely and very nicely decorated; I think the photos don't really do it justice! We had a really nice stay. It is well equipped with easy access. The lounge, main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were lovely. The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and not a bath, as per the photos. The bed in the main room was super comfortable and the bedlinen and towels were lovely quality. Overall, I would highly recommend but note that the 2nd bedroom is very small.

The 2nd bedroom is really compact with a "murphy"double bed. There is very little space to put a bag or case. My mum insisted on sleeping in the 2nd bedroom room but there was no bedside light nor bedside table nor a shelf or anything to put any of her small items. Would be great if a small light or shelf could be added to make it a bit more functional for guests using that room.

Lovely and spacious apartment with all the facilities I expected. Location is good too.
