Tiene de todo, muy grande con muchas habitaciones.

Las camas un poco pequeñas.

The location was good for the price, half an hour walk to the old town and very easy to get the metro. The bedrooms are not on the street side so no issue with noise from the street and we didn’t have any problem with noise from any neighbours. Responses to issues were quite quick and the issue with the missing shower fitting and the blocked kitchen sink were solved within 48 hours even though it was the weekend.

The beds and sofa were incomfortable and some of the drawers were so dusty we couldn’t use them. I also found some flyers for a strip club in the bedroom that my daughter was using. The issues with the shower and sink should have been noticed and fixed before we arrived.

La ubicación

Incómodas las camas y pequeñas, muchísimas cosas por todos lados de los propietarios, al entrar queríamos irnos, después con algunos cambios pudimos estar bien, pero las camas muy mal.

we had to pay attention at the air conditioning that did not work properly.

Apartment was very spacious. It was very clean and had good air-conditioning, fans, kettle and everything else we needed. The owners let us have an early check in which was much appreciated. It's very close to 2 metro stations, a huge Carrefour supermarket, the excellent Bioparc, a bus stop, a pick up spot for the open top tour bus and lovely parks. There is also a small grocery shop directly underneath that was perfect for bread and drinks etc.

The 'third bedroom' was actually just an area off living room with a fold up bed and didn't even have a curtain to close it off so I wouldn't call it a 3 bedroom. I also thought from the description that there was a patio but there wasn't, just a shared courtyard downstairs but no seating.

Private parking is really helpful because it is difficult to find the parking space on this area.

Close to the bus stop and bioparc

I found the bed really uncomfortable.
