Great location. Friendly comms from the owners. Has washing machine. Easy parking. Functional room.

Aside from the names of the units, and some little touches outside, there's nothing LOTR/ Hobbiton themed inside. The neighbours dog barked relentlessly early in the mornings, which was frustrating when trying to have a little sleep in. The day we checked in, the temperature was very hot, inside the unit was like an oven, it would have been nice to put the A/C on or open some windows atleast before arrival. It look a long time for the unit to cool down. The chocolates left would have been a lovely touch if they hadn't gone that crumbly white colour, indicating they've been left in the sun for too long. Bed was very comfortable, very snug for two people. The window blinds don't fit the windows properly, meaning everytime the security lights were triggered, the whole room would light up. We worked round this by hanging the towels up as curtains, which blocked out some of the excessive light.

Had all amenities needed. Was in excellent location. Nice restaurants nearby

Just a small point. Had limited space inside... OK for 1 or 2 nights stay. Didn't have enough wardrobe space for longer stays.

One night stay for business. Good location. Comfortable bed Aircon worked well All I needed in the kitchen for a brief stay. Good shower. A compact unit, comfortable for a night for me.

Another surface in the bathroom would complement the tiny basin and be useful if staying longer.

We paid for 3 persons, the third sofa bed was not prepaired…

was a wonderful space with lots of space and in a lovely location the owners were even more wonderful, offering us a free meal in town due to them being around the property working to upgrade the space with a washing machine area, which didn't intrude on our stay but they wanted to ensure our stay was pleasant, which was very sweet of them.

would've loved a BBQ to enjoy the outdoor space more
