L'application sur smartphone n'affiche pas exactement les conditions de cet établissement hôtelier : on a par exemple l'arrivée qui est limitée jusqu'à 22h sur l'application alors qu'en réalité l'hôtel accepte jusqu'à 21h... Un autre exemple serait qu'une réservation le jour même sur l'application Booking ne peut pas être annulée sans frais (intégralité du prix pour la nuitée), d'après les dires des employés de l'hôtel en question il aurait fallu que j'appelle dans l'heure qui suit pour négocier une annulation sans frais... encore une fois rien de ces conditions sont décrites sur l'application version smartphone.
