GBThe location was perfect, everything in walking distance and great for people watching and soaking up the Plaza Mayor. The apartment was very clean and everything in good working order.
There is no air conditioning and the underfloor heating is set to 22oC with no way to turn it down, the only way to cool the apartment is to open the windows and with it being in the center of the city it is VERY noisy. We visited in April and there were people partying from evening till dawn, not an issue if you keep the windows closed but then it is too hot. Also the lift is accessed by using an app which we could not get to work at all even with the assistance of the host. If you have heavy luggage and cannot manage it up stairs then I would avoid.

USThis was the nicest apartment! So big and everything was new and beautiful. The owner really did a great job with updating the place!! The Balcony overlooking the plaza Mayor was Perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Salamanca. 10 out of 10 for sure

GBThis property is excellent in all counts. The host was exceptionally attentive and kind, taking time to explain and making himself available. Of course the site of the property is incomparable, with direct access to the Plaza Mayor and all bars and restaurants. It’s spacious and decorated with remarkable taste. I cannot think of a better base for Salamanca town.
Can't think of one thing bad about this property
USHeated floors, big smart tv, with comfy couches, electric fireplace was beautiful, corner location with views into plaza are amazing. Big, modern kitchen with large dining table and room for a couple yoga mats.
Noise from landing was very loud in main bedroom, should at least have a sign requesting neighbors keep their voices down after hours.
USThe apartment is beautifully decorated, has everything you need, super clean and is in the best location in Salamanca, inside Plaza Mayor! It’s a gem!!
