"Excellent"

it was inexpensive. Easy parking and very close to Mercadona and Lidl stores to buy groceries. Floor was clean while other surfaces (tables, kitchen work place etc) were sticky and probably haven't been cleaned for a while

as has been reported before, it's located directly st the main thoroughfare and there is noisy traffic 24/7. Not so pleasant to sit outside in front of the apartment. I didn't like the permanent CCTV monitoring with cameras that moved position and were watching everything you do when sitting at the patio. There was no proper coffee maker so I bought a cheap filter coffee machine at the nearby Worten store. Also no toaster. Take not that this apartment is on tfe lower floor and I had very noisy Spanish families above he for almost all days, screaming, yelling, laughing and crying (small kids) until at least 2 am right above my bedroom. I believe this place is mostly suitable for local guests. But then again, it was cheap so I had to bear with the negatives.....

Ubicación excelente, a 8 minutos en coche de Santa Cruz y a 6 minutos del aeropuerto. Aparcamiento en la puerta. Personal super atento y amable. Cocina bien equipada. Tendedero y lavadora. Cama cómoda. Se duerme muy bien, no hay ruidos. Terraza con vistas al mar

Very clean, very quiet, beautiful view to the ocean. The owner is incredibly helpful with moving around the island and giving you best recommendations. The property has all things one may need for someone who wants to explore the island and rest in quiet spot.

"Good base to explore the island"

We spent a few nights at Vivienda Vacacional Tinisagua. It's well located if you have a car. A very short drive from the airport. Plane spotters will enjoy the view from the patio at the front door. The property is on a main road, but inside you don't hear any of the traffic. The apartment has a large kitchen, large bathroom and large bedroom. Good wifi throughout as well. We didn't see or speak to any staff at the property. Everything was done via WhatsApp and the manager was very responsive.
