I booked a stay for a single person and it included breakfast. It was a no show. No one was available in the morning for a tea let alone a breakfast. I ordered my own food.

USThe service men were amazing being a solo traveler and having a procedure they were so helpful. I couldn’t not get up and he helped make me food so I could take my medication. Easy to speak to when I didn’t know what to say I used google translate to help.
There were a lot of little gnats in the restroom

ZAINCrappy breakfast. We literally had to state that we wanted eggs & rotis, bread, butter jam etc. Not a very substantial breakfast. There was mo fruit or any other item for breakfast. We were jot happy at all.
Bathroom/toilet not well lit very dingy and dark aslo not clean. The staff were trying but were handicapped and not very hygienic.
ZAPictures are no reflection of the rooms at all. The aircon is very loud. Only 1 Towel, no breakfast was offered even though rate says it was included. Little to no interaction with staff until payment at checkout. Credit card facilities did not work causing major frustration

Wifi and breakfast could have been better. No or very poor net connectivity. Improve on that
