1. Internet Connection Not Available According to the information provided on your website, the apartment was supposed to have a working Wi-Fi connection. However, upon arrival, I found that the Wi-Fi is not functional. This has disrupted my work and communication needs during my stay, as I specifically chose this apartment due to the advertised internet access. 2. Flooded Bathroom and Toilet The bathroom is in an unacceptable condition. The drainage system is completely blocked, causing water to flood the entire bathroom and toilet area. This makes it unusable and poses a serious hygiene and safety concern. 3. Non-Functional Power Socket in Kitchen The power socket located in the kitchen area is not working, which restricts the use of basic appliances and affects cooking and food preparation. This is another major inconvenience.
